Valdane LLC is a privately owned technology company that builds practical, specialized software for industries where the existing tools are too broad, too old, or too far removed from the people actually doing the work.

WHO WE ARE

We build technology shaped by the people who use it.

Valdane was founded by Marcus Dane Ray and Valeria Vallejo to build purpose-driven software for specialized fields. The company combines Marcus's background in software engineering, cloud architecture, and application development with Valeria's clinical experience in cardiovascular perfusion, ECMO, and healthcare operations.

That pairing is the whole point. Most software for specialized industries is built far away from the people who actually use it. Valeria brings firsthand experience from the clinical environment; Marcus translates that operational reality into software. That partnership shapes how Valdane builds.

Domain first

Every product starts inside the workflow it serves. Clinical and operational reality shapes the software, not the other way around.

Specialized, not universal

We would rather build a tool that is exactly right for one department than one that is roughly right for the whole hospital.

Independently owned

Valdane is privately held and operated by its founders. That independence allows us to stay focused on the professionals and problems our products are built to serve.

Valdane is co-owned by two people with very different vantage points on the same problem.

WHY VALDANE

Built from real problems, not from a generic software idea.

Valdane grew from a simple pattern: real-world problems surfaced through frontline experience, and engineering turned those problems into working software.

That relationship between domain expertise and technical execution remains at the center of how we work. We listen closely to the people closest to the problem, build around their actual workflows, and create technology that earns its place in the work.

HOW WE WORK

Our approach is simple.

Understand how professionals actually work. Identify where technology is failing them. Build purpose-driven software around those real-world workflows.

1

Understand

We start in the room. Before a line of code, we learn how the work is done today, what gets written on paper, and where the hours go.

2

Identify

We look for the places where the existing software is too broad, too outdated, or simply disconnected from the people using it.

3

Build

We build purpose-driven tools around the real workflow, then put them in the hands of the people who do the job and keep iterating.

FLAGSHIP PLATFORM

Centinull, a growing family of healthcare applications.

Rather than one universal system for every hospital workflow, Centinull builds deeply specialized tools for individual areas of healthcare, each designed around a specific clinical or operational department.

  • Cardiac perfusion is live today: case management, ECMO tracking, quality dashboards, and Milo, Centinull's integrated clinical intelligence assistant.
  • Additional specialties are in development, extending the same specialized, workflow-first foundation into new areas of healthcare.
